dir. Barbora Chalupová / 2021 / Czech Republic / 89min.
On the surface, it looks like the Czech society is open-minded and LGBT+ friendly. Everything changes when it comes to the question of legalizing same-sex marriage

On the surface, it looks like the Czech society is open-minded and LGBT+ friendly. But when it comes to the question of legalizing same-sex marriage, hidden ignorance and hatred suddenly appear. Czeslaw, and his companions run a campaign to show politicians and common society that the fight for LGBT+ rights in Europe is far from over.

Will he succeed? Will the Czech Republic be the first country in Central-Eastern Europe where gays and lesbians will be able to marry? Or will all this effort get stuck in a political populistic maze?
